(2025/05 Hokkaido) These are Kanzan cherry blossoms at Hokkaido University. It was such a fine day, with a gentle breeze, warm sunshine, and a clear blue sky.

(2025/03 Sichuan) I visited the Sanxingdui Museum with my friend Li. The museum introduces a fascinating history from 3,000 years ago in Sichuan.

(2024/12 Alaska) Ice fields and snow mountains from above — so stunning on my flight from New York to Tokyo.

(2024/06 Hokkaido) My friend Li visited me from Chongqing. We stayed in Furano for three days. We love the greenery and flowers there.

(2024/03 Kyoto) With my friend Cheng — a sakura trip without sakura. The blossoms were later than predicted, which made me quite sad. But I’ll try again in the future! By the way, Universal Studios Japan was extremely crowded, and that was a bit disappointing too. Hello kitty was super cute.

(2023/10 Miyagi) I visited Matsushima. I love the manga Honey and Clover. The main character bikes from Tokyo and passes by Matsushima, which made me interested in visiting it.

(2022/09 Hokkaido) I climbed Mt. Asahidake (2,291 m). This mountain is the highest one in Hokkaido. We started at an elevation of 1,600 m, and the round trip took about five hours. We enjoyed Japan’s earliest autumn scenery, as Hokkaido enters autumn earlier than the rest of the country.
